Comment from brewery : We are the only small handcrafted sake brewery on Shodoshima. We value individuality and carefully craft sake with unique characteristics, such as the sake made with yeast from Shodoshima’s olive groves. We place great importance on pairing our sake with food, and all of our sakes have different flavors to match your meal, from fresh, unpasteurized sake to 7 year old sake.
