Comment from Brewery: Carefully selected rice is polished to a 70% milling ratio and brewed using traditional techniques.
You will enjoy the sweet and sour taste of Junmai-shu, which combines the gorgeous aroma created by wine yeast with refreshing acidity and concentrated rice sweetness.
It won the highest gold medal in the sake category at CINVE 2020 and 2021 in Spain for two consecutive years.

Comment from Brewery: This special junmai sake is made from 100% Yamada-Nishiki, the best sake rice, grown under contract in Inami-cho, Hyogo Prefecture, where King Brewery was founded, and polished to a 60% rice polishing ratio.
The fruity aroma enhances the sweetness of the rice and leaves a pleasant aftertaste.
